Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thanks for choosing BeeOutfit for your beekeeping suits and accessories! Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and track your order.
Order Processing Time
- Processing window: 3–5 business days to pick, quality-check, and pack your order before it ships.
- Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) may begin processing the next business day.
- If an item is on backorder or a pre-order, we’ll notify you by email with the expected ship date.
Shipping Options & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions—details will be shown on the site or at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (ground): economical option with tracking.
- Express Shipping: faster transit times for urgent orders (processing still 3–5 business days; contact us if you need a rush).
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Transit time begins after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Estimates below are in business days and may vary by exact address (rural/remote areas can take longer).

Carriers We Use
We partner with trusted carriers to get your gear to you safely:
- United States: UPS, USPS, FedEx (signature may be required on high-value orders).
- International: DHL Express, UPS, and local postal partners for final delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.
- You can also view tracking in your account’s Orders page if you created an account at checkout.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Address corrections: Contact us ASAP after placing your order. We can’t modify the address once a label is created or the order has shipped.
- Missed / refused deliveries: If a package is returned to us, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item(s) once received back in sellable condition (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Marked “delivered” but not received: Please check with household members and neighbors, look around the delivery area, and wait 24–48 hours for a possible late scan. If still missing, contact the carrier and then reach out to us—we’ll help file a claim.
Delays & What We’ll Do
We monitor shipments and work with carriers to resolve delays. If your package is significantly late:
- We’ll open a tracer/claim with the carrier and keep you updated.
- If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will replace or refund your order according to availability and your preference.
- During peak seasons or extreme weather, please allow a few extra days beyond the estimates above.
Partial Shipments
To get your items to you sooner, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipping outside the U.S.:
- Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Customs inspections can add time to delivery—unfortunately, we can’t speed up this process once a parcel is with customs.
- Please ensure beekeeping products are permitted in your country before ordering.
Shipping to PO Boxes / APO / FPO
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Some express options and oversized items may be unavailable to these addresses.
