3) Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental/guardian permission) to purchase from us.

You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

5) Products, Safety & Suitability

• We sell protective beekeeping apparel and accessories (e.g., suits, jackets, veils, gloves).
• Safety Notice: Protective gear reduces but does not eliminate the risk of stings, injury, or allergic reactions. Use proper technique, follow local laws, and seek training where needed. If you have (or suspect) a venom allergy, consult a medical professional before use.
• Follow all use, care, and sizing instructions on product pages and labels.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Availability

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
• We may correct errors (including pricing/stock) and cancel/refund orders affected by such errors.
• Taxes, duties, and import fees (if applicable) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7) Orders & Payment

• Submitting an order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we email your shipping confirmation.
• We may limit or cancel quantities (e.g., suspected fraud or inventory limits).
• Payment methods appear at checkout; by paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use that method.

8) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Inspect parcels on receipt; report damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos.

9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• 30-day returns from delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags/packaging.
• Non-returnable: customized items, used/worn items, final-sale goods, and consumables (if any).
• Return shipping/duties are customer-paid unless the product is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection; processing times vary by bank/processor.

10) Warranty

• Manufacturing-defect warranty: 12 months from delivery.
• Excludes normal wear, misuse, improper care, alterations, and accidents.

11) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Subject to individual terms; one per order; non-transferable; not combinable unless stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
